		<description>I must say that Kay and Martin are valid in both sides of their arguments, but I think you&#039;re very first post is great! I believe it is much better to be recognized based on merit, rather than a person&#039;s ethnic or racial background. I strongly believe in what Kay and Martin state about affirmative actions pits white and minority workers and youth against each other. If anything, we should be working to strengthen the links between the two groups.</description>
